Run-down derelict bungalow. Extensive refurbishment carried out which included digging out the floors of the old property and installing damp-proof course, insulation and concrete floors. Doubling of size of property with rear extension. Removal of roof of existing property and the whole new property re-roofed. Complete fit out internally to include re-wiring, installation of oil fired central heating system, installation of bathroom, en-suite, and kitchen. Internal decoration. Conversion from septic tank drainage to mains drainage, re-rendering of property externally, new patio and tarmac driveway. All work completed in accordance with building regs.
