Work carried out included complete re-wire with new fuse box to meet current regs, new gas boiler and central heating system, new ceilings, re-plastering of internal walls, installation of new kitchen and bathroom, new laminate flooring to ground floor reception rooms and hall and tiling of kitchen floor and utility. Carpets to stairs, landing and bedrooms. Tiling of walls and floor of bathroom. Re-decoration. Provision of 2 x smoke alarms (hall & landing), heat alarm in kitchen, and CO alarm in bathroom for gas boiler. New fascias, guttering and downpipes. External painting. New garden fencing.
